We started the year with pasta, which made sense given that I was in San Francisco living with my Italian boyfriend Luciano. In February we moved onto salad dressings, looking at the key components and how to make your salad stand out. In March we went to Belize, sampling some of the amazing food I was eating down in Central America and for April we stayed there, but this time moved to cocktails!
