Fancy a snack? These easy summer dip recipes are simple and seasonal and take no time to make. They are fresh, healthy and delicious and I have also added a quick recipe for a flatbread you can serve warm alongside them if you feel like a change from crisps or crudités. Also great to put out at a BBQ or before dinner. Enjoy!

1/2 grated cucumber (squeeze out the excess water)

1/2 lemon juice

200g plain yogurt

1 handful of chopped dill

Add ingredients to a bowl, mix together and serve

Broad bean, pea and mint dip

1 clove garlic, chopped and fried for 2/3 minutes

3 tablespoons olive oil

250g cooked peas

1/2 lemon juice and zest

1 tablespoon plain yogurt

Salt and pepper

Blend ingredients together and serve.

Flatbreads (makes 3)
