This is my go to salad dressing, using orange juice instead of the usual lemon makes it deliciously sweet and means you don't need to add any oil. It tastes great with blue cheese and tart leaves like chicory, radicchio and endive. Add some apple slices and candied nuts and it's a party!
Orange vinaigrette recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 shallot, finely diced
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1tbsp dijon mustard
2 tsp honey
80ml orange juice
Place the shallot in a jar or bowl and add the shallot to allow it to pickle slightly. Then add the other ingredients and whisk together. Easy!
